I found this wave border at ArtToday as a black and white line-art image and knew I had to do something with it.



You can download the entire webset here. The set includes the html document and graphics in .jpg and .psp format. You will need to download a copy of PaintShop Pro in order to place text on the button and title graphics. When you open the .psp files in PaintShop, click on View->Image Information then on the Creator tab, the font used as well as the settings for the cutout/drop shadow effects are provided.
